Munchies are Legal in All 50 States
You heard right! As long as our delta 9 edibles are less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by weight, they are federally legal according to the 2018 Farm Bill. As long as your state doesn’t have a complete ban on all Delta-9 THC products, Munchies’ delta 9 edibles are here for you! Delta-8 THC is a similar story. Once again, your state may or may not have a ban on Delta-8 THC. Make sure to check in with your local state laws to make sure delta 8 and delta 9 THC are legal for you.
