Return Policy:

Exceptions:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a replacement. All replacements will be determined at the company’s sole discretion and handled in a case by case basis.

Cancellations:

Please do not order and try to cancel after you place an order. Due to the nature and speed of our package processing and handling, we can not cancel any accidental orders.

Please Note All Sales Are Final

Please carefully verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Once an order has left our warehouse, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by address errors provided by the customer. However, if we make an error in processing or shipping your order, we will promptly address and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
